Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a quiet area, almost deserted, and a bit awkwardly laid out but offers sweeping views over Lake Biwa. The rooms are of a nice size with a perfect view of Biwako, although they can feel a bit muggy. The service is fantastic, with really friendly and helpful staff, even though there was a misleading incident at the bus station. The dining options provide both Japan and Western styles, with some room for improvement in the dinner buffet pricing. The facilities are well-equipped, and the hotel is family-friendly with tours/ticket assistance available.
